A West Seventh Street resident, reported Thursday at 9:58 a.m. a male was at the residence beating on the front door and throwing punches. Reynolds also reported that after the male threw punches at him he retaliated by hitting the male in the face, causing him to bleed. The male reportedly fled the scene before an officer arrived at the residence. Reynolds was then advised to see the Law Director in order to file charges.

Hair Flair, located on St. Clair Avenue, reported Thursday at 7:29 a.m. a marquee on the property had been damaged.

Brandon L. Plum, 27, was arrested during a traffic stop on Virginia Street Thursday at 9:23 p.m. Plum was taken into custody after an officer discovered he had an outstanding warrant out of municipal court.

The East Liverpool City Hospital requested a male be removed from the property Thursday at 11:18 p.m. after he reportedly verbally abused the staff. An officer responding to the report was advised by hospital security that the male was sitting in a car in the parking lot. The male informed the officer that he did raise his voice to hospital staff because he was upset. The officer advised the male he was no longer allowed to be inside the hospital and must remain in the parking lot.

An officer recovered possible drugs from a male and the vehicle he was riding in during a traffic stop on Thompson Avenue Friday at 12:08 a.m. Two bags of white powder were recovered and have been sent for testing. Results of the test will be sent to the Grand Jury for future charges, the officer reported.

Officers responded to a possible fight on Lincoln Avenue Friday at 1:42 a.m. When they arrived at the residence a woman informed the officers that two individuals known to her had been at the residence looking for another person. While they were there the individuals were “being disrespectful” to her, she stated, and advised the officers that she told the individuals to leave the area.

An officer performed a sobriety test on a male Friday at 2:28 a.m. on Broadway Street after he observed the male driving a vehicle and making several turns without a turn signal. The male passed the test and was released.

An officer performed a check on two males who were found sleeping in a vehicle on Lisbon Street at 3:10 a.m. Friday. The males advised the officer that they were taking a nap before driving back to Cleveland.
